In no circumstances will Tyrez.co.za any of its servants or agents (for any reason or grounds) be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including consequential loss) or howsoever arising in connection with any goods sold or supplied or service redered by Tyrez.co.za nor in connection with any use therof. without derogating from the aforgoing, Tyrez.co.zs undertakes to replace, free of charge, any defective goods sold to the customer provided that the defect in question shall have manifested itself and have been brought to the attention of Tyrez.co.zs in writing within fifteen days of the delivery therof.

Notwithstanding the fact of deliver of goods to the customer, ownership herein shall remain vested with Tyrez.co.za until such time as it has recieved payment of the full price in respect therof.

a 10 % habdleing charge will be levied on all goods returned for credit.

no alterations or variation of these terms and conditions sshall be of an force or effect unless agreed to in writing and signed by an authorised representitive of Tyrez.co.za
